A MUCH anticipated trip North

We hadn't been up north for over 3 months, so we were VERY excited to see our family. We stayed with Rick and Kristen and REALLY enjoyed our time in their home. Abby and Trent LOVED to be with their cousins constantly and Claire enjoyed being spoiled by everyone. Here is a recap of all the fun..............

Trent and Mckinnley

Kristen put together a last minute barbecue with all the Orton family. YUMMY food and delightful company. This is Trent showing off for his girl cousins.

After dinner we hurried to the Provo High Football game. It was fun to see Lachelle cheer and then dance at half with the Dance Company. Vicki is the cheer coach. We are so proud of both of them. Beautiful girls!!

The Greatest Show on Earth

Saturday we headed to Salt Lake for the Circus. WOW! This was an amazing show! SO much fun. If you have the chance to go, we highly recommend it!

My camera is the WORST, but here is my attempt to capture the action. These Elephants were my favorite.

Abby and Hannah

Enjoying our $12 dollar cotton candy. No...I'm not kidding, it really was $12!

Maylee Moo and her soggy diaper!

Vic and Maylee

After the circus we ate at Pei Wei. This is my new favorite restaurant. SO good!

The Watanabe's

Garrett, Dannielle, Sadie and Claire

Goofy Uncle David

Me and my babies

Trent showing his NOT so full belly

Grandpa and Grandma

Sunday was Annie Beth's 3rd Birthday. Abby, Trent and I all made her cake (Isn't it cute?) She had a super fun party and it was great to finally see Lori and Deron's new house. We didn't leave until after 8pm so we didn't get home until 1am. Needless to say....I am exhausted and can't wait for this day to be over!

CUTE little birthday Princess!

What fun. You must be so rich to buy $12 cotton candy. :-)

Cute post! Lots to comment on. Love the b day cake, good job. I loved seeing a pic of Lori, she is still one of my all time favorite people. Your kids have the most amazing big brown eyes I have ever seen. And I wish we lived closer so that we could spend time together. I think our girls would be great friends.

what a great trip! Looks like it was a ton of fun, and I loved the circus! It just totally sucks that they rip you off for things like cotton candy, but it's totally worth the memories for the kiddos.

I'm so sad we missed out on ALL the action! Give us some more warning next time and we'll clear our schedule. You guys are way more important than.. everything! Love you lots :)
