We spent the week after Christmas up North and had a fabulous time. It was relaxing and that's just what we needed. Like all our trips North, we managed to squeeze in lots of fun. Here is some of what we did........
Kevin and I, along with Dave and Vicki, went snowboarding. It was the first time I've been in 5 years. I had forgotten how much I LOVE it. It was a little crowded, but the weather was perfect and the company was too! We had some good laughs!
Claire learned to climb Grandma's stairs. Yeah! More work for us!

Lori, Dannielle and I took the kids swimming to the Lehi Legancy center. It is an awesome indoor pool. The kids had a blast. The only downer was that my purse got "broken" into and someone stole my cash (approx. $60 and a $30 gift card to Tai Pan Trading. BUMMER! It could have been worse, they left my credit cards, license, and cell phone, so I'm grateful for that! Word to the wise......LOCK your belongings in locker rooms!

We had a BUNCO party with my family. Everyone really got into it, so it was so much fun! Gotta love that good ole Gillespie competitive spirit!(Abby is holding up her "tip" money. She was the official snack and drink server)
Ok, we ended the fun with sledding. Tomorrow it is back to the "real" world. Hope everyone enjoyed their Holidays. We sure did!

looks like you had a great vacation and lots of good times with your family! I just hate it when we have to get back to the real world, but LOVE to send the kids back to school! Good luck with your next semester!

I'm so sad we missed you! That (insert angry word here) virus took us out and we were hermits while you were in town. Hopefully it won't be too long until your next visit.

That's awesome you got to go snowboarding with your family. I haven't been in a couple of years too. (remember when me, you and Jen used to go and we would take everyone out when we got off the lift! ha ha that was so funny) That sucks someone stole your stuff, hopefully they needed it more than you right? When stuff like that happens to me that's the only thing that makes me feel better about the situation. And yes, I agree, we need to have another friends reunion soon! Where should we go this time? Anyways, glad you had fun. love ya.
